Founder

The founder of the public educational institution SUAS is the Republic of Slovenia.

School Board  

It is given a four-year mandate. It consists of two representatives of the founder (-one of them is appointed by the Municipality of Ljubljana), five representatives of the school's employees, two student representatives, and two representatives of Parents' Council.

It consists of parents representing every class unit of the school.
