Welcome to the website of the Secondary School for Secretaries and Administrative Workers (SUAS). It provides general information, necessary for your choice of secondary education. At the same time we would like to demonstrate a few moments from the life and work in our school, together with some important novelties and changes.

SUAS is the largest school for secretaries and administrative workers in Slovenia and the only school of this type in Ljubljana. Its premises are situated in Poljane, the largest and also most animated secondary school district in the country, which includes six neighbouring secondary schools, two student halls of residence, a primary school and a college. In terms of education, we consider the location to be an exceptional benefit.

Our school is far from boring, because we make sure there is not much difference between the work in school and the knowledge our school-leavers need in real life. We place much emphasis on positive self-concept of our first grade students.

It is not our goal to make our students absorb a lot of obsolete information. Above all, we want to motivate them and encourage various needs to develop essential professional skills and other potentials.

We provide the most extensive course in Business Information Science, and we are the only school providing a course in Administrative Business. The new programme Economics Assistant offers optional business and administrative courses / subjects.

Young, but qualified and skilled teaching staff will do their utmost to help you evolve your skills and
acquire the desired technical / vocational qualification.
